How to use — English + Telugu mix

  1. EMI Calculator: Loan Amount, Interest Rate and Tenure ఇవ్వండి→ Click Calculate EMI. మీరు monthly EMI, total payment మరియు total interest చూడగలరు.
  2. Eligibility Calculator: Provide gross monthly income and existing EMIs. Set lender's max EMI % (default 50%). Click Calculate Eligibility to see maximum EMI lender will accept and estimated eligible loan amount for chosen tenure & rate.
  3. Notes: Eligibility rules differ by bank; this is an approximation. Banks consider net income, age, job stability, CIBIL, liabilities and other factors.
  4. WhatsApp Share line:
    “EMI Estimator: Loan ₹X, Rate Y% p.a., Tenure Z yrs → EMI ₹A, Total pay ₹B, Interest ₹C. Eligibility: Based on ₹income and existing EMIs → estimated loan ₹L.”

Quick Formulae / Explanation

EMI formula:
EMI = P × r × (1+r)^n ÷ ((1+r)^n − 1), where r = monthly rate (annualRate/12/100), n = number of months.

Eligibility (simple):
MaxEMI = (GrossMonthlyIncome × (eligibilityRatio%)) − ExistingEMIs. Then invert EMI formula to get loan amount for given rate & tenure.
