About the Role
Help customers meet their insurance needs — guide policy choices, assist in claims, and build lasting client relationships. Work in a positive, growth-focused boutique environment with high upside potential.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships
- Approach prospects via cold calls & direct outreach
- Support clients through claims and liaise with adjusters
- Explain policy details so clients make informed choices
- Assist with underwriting approvals & handle queries
- Follow up after meetings and participate in ongoing training
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum education: 10th / Intermediate (graduate preferred)
- 3+ years’ experience in insurance sales preferred
- Strong written & verbal communication; pleasant phone manner
- Ability to explain complex concepts clearly to clients
