About the Role

Meet with prospects and clients interested in properties to offer them real estate deals. You will act as the key intermediary—guiding clients, arranging property viewings, ensuring compliance, and closing brokering deals in diverse projects including HMDA/DTCP/RERA approved ventures and weekend-home farmland developments.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet prospects and clients interested in properties and present suitable real estate deals
• Communicate with clients to identify their requirements and choice of property
• Oversee arrangements for property viewings and coordinate inspections before closing deals
• Act as intermediary between property sellers and prospective buyers to facilitate transactions
• Conduct property inspections to ensure sale terms and conditions are met
• Ensure compliance with housing laws and policies while conducting transactions
• Monitor the property market to identify prospective buyers and secure brokering deals

Salary: Commission Based. Minimum earnings per month ₹50,000 or More.
Ability to Commute: Candidates should be able to commute to Keesara, Yadagiri Gutta (Y.T.D.A), Shadnagar, Jadcherla, Sri Sailam Highway, etc.
