How to use the Property Valuation Calculator

Quick market-price estimate — Area × Rate, then apply location, depreciation & amenities adjustments. (English + Telugu mix)
  1. Area: Enter numeric area and choose unit (sq ft / sq m / gaj / acre). (ఉదా: 1200 sq ft)
  2. Rate per unit: Enter market rate per chosen unit (₹ per sq ft / per sq m etc.). ఇది local listings లేదా broker సూచన ఆధారంగా ఇస్తారు.
