About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Develop positive relationships with clients
- Approach potential clients via cold calling and direct outreach
- Assist clients through claim settlements and coordinate with adjusters
- Explain policy specifics so clients can make informed decisions
- Support underwriting approvals and respond to client queries
- Follow up with clients and participate in continued training
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum education: 10th / Intermediate (graduate preferred)
- 3+ years’ experience in insurance sales preferred
- Strong written & verbal communication; pleasant telephone manner
- Ability to explain complex concepts clearly to customers
